We provide charter bus and group ground transportation services, including quotes, reservations, and related coordination. All services are subject to availability and written confirmation.
Quotes and Bookings
Quotes we provide are estimates based on the information you supply and may change until a booking is confirmed in writing. A reservation is confirmed only once we issue a written confirmation. The deposit, payment, and cancellation terms that apply to your trip will be set out in your written quote or booking confirmation.
Payments and Cancellations
Payment is due as stated in your booking confirmation. A deposit may be required to hold a reservation. Cancellations and changes are subject to the terms provided in your confirmation and may be subject to fees. Additional charges may apply for itinerary changes, extra hours, extended mileage, tolls, parking, or other costs incurred during your trip.
Passenger Conduct and Safety
- Passenger counts may not exceed the seating capacity of the reserved vehicle.
- Passengers must comply with all applicable laws and the driver’s reasonable instructions.
- Smoking and any illegal activity are prohibited on board.
- Alcohol consumption is permitted only where lawful and agreed in advance; passengers are responsible for compliance with age and open-container laws.
- You are responsible for any damage, excessive cleaning, or loss caused by members of your group, and related fees may be charged.
Delays, Weather, and Road Conditions
Many of our routes involve mountain and interstate travel. We are not liable for delays or service interruptions caused by weather, traffic, road or mountain-pass closures, chain laws, mechanical issues, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Passenger safety may require route changes or schedule adjustments.
Insurance and Licensing
We operate with licensed, qualified drivers and maintain commercial insurance as required by applicable regulations. Details of our coverage are available upon request.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Denver Charter Bus Co and its owners, employees, and drivers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the affected service.
