The Owner-operated difference
When your group's trip crosses a state line, an out-of-state charter bus from Denver means one driver and one vehicle handling the whole route.. instead of a fleet of personal cars scattered across a multi-day drive.
Every coach we send out is ours, backed by full DOT interstate operating authority and $5 million in liability coverage. The driver who takes you out is the same one who brings you home.
Built For Multi-day, long-haul travel
An out-of-state trip is a different animal than a day charter. Here's what a properly planned coach solves that a personal-car caravan can't.
1
We build required rest breaks into the schedule from the start, so your group's timeline already accounts for the law... not something worked around after the fact.
2
Routes over roughly 500 miles get an overnight stop built into the itinerary. We coordinate driver lodging so the return leg starts with a rested driver.
3
Every state line this coach crosses, our DOT authority and $5 million coverage cross with it. Nothing about your trip depends on a patchwork of local permits.

Vehicles for Interstate groups

Planning Your Charter
Out-of-state trips need more lead time than an in-state charter — plan on booking 3 to 4 weeks out at minimum, longer for peak dates like Cheyenne Frontier Days, the Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta, or a fall Husker football weekend.
Because DOT hours-of-service rules limit how long any one driver can be on the road, trips over roughly 500 miles are typically planned as multi-day, with an overnight stop built into the itinerary. Our motor coach rental service is built specifically for these longer hauls, and any large interstate group works well through our standard group charter booking process. For a real number on a specific route, see our pricing and quote page.
