The cost of a bus rental will vary depending on the season, The mileage of the charter and the distance the bus needs to go. Great question. Your personalized bus quote will include every aspect of your rental. All of our quotes include an 18% drivers gratuity, Toll fees, Airport Fees, Processing fees, Fuel Surcharges
To make a reservation we requires a 20% non refundable deposit. The balance of your charter will be automatically charged Friday a week prior to your scheduled service VIA the credit card you provide at time of booking. We also accept ACH Transfers, Wires, and checks which will save you a 3% processing fee at the time of booking.
All rates we give include a driver tip, Which can be anywhere between 10% and 18% depending on the way it is negotiated and booked. If you feel that your driver went above and beyond and you wish to give him something extra this is greatly appreciated and you can do so by Zelle, Cash app, Cash, or credit card at the time of the rental or it can be pre paid in advance.
Cancellations within 14 days prior to trip will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. Any cancellation under 72 hours from departure time will be charged in full. All deposits are non-refundable. Reschedules are available at a mutually agreed date and time depending on availability
Please give the office a call as soon as possible so we can accommodate time changes, location changes, passenger capacity changes, or need any special accommodations for your bus rental
Yes, Drivers need to have a break, They are only allowed to drive up to 10 hours and are only allowed to be on duty for a max of 15 hours per day. On a multi day charter drivers need to have an 8 hour break in between every shift in order to sleep and rest.
No, Your driver is responsible for his or her own meals during every charter, Even if your rental is multi day and overnight driver is given a per diem to get food.
Yes, in your MotorCoach Bus rental you are allowed to bring food and drinks. We do recommend something that is easier to clean in order to avoid extra charges for spills and clean up fees.
Yes, As long as all passengers are of the legal age limit. Please let your representative know that there will be alcohol on board the bus at the time of booking.
No we do not allow any type of smoking in our buses, this includes vaping and electronic cigarettes.
